Social justice work is meaningful and vital. It is also difficult. Sustaining the energy to be creative and hopeful over the years requires understanding the potential mental health impact – good and bad – of this work, and developing skills and strategies to build resilience. Join us for a workshop borne out of the Human Rights Resilience Project, a research collaboration between human rights lawyers at the Center for Human Rights and Global Justice and Columbia Law School and psychologists at Sarah Lawrence College.
