Global Justice Clinic Teaching Fellow Seeks Part-time Summer Research Assistants (Deadline: June 1, 2015)

Global Justice Clinic Teaching Fellow Meera Shah seeks 1-2 current NYU law students, or NYU law students who graduated in 2015, to serve as part-time research assistants for the summer. The job will involve research and writing in the following areas:

  • Legal research on the duty to investigate allegations of war crimes under international law
  • Inter-disciplinary research on interviewing and fact-finding methodologies.

Previous coursework or work experience in the areas of international law, international human rights law, international humanitarian law, and/or international criminal law would be helpful, as would previous experience conducting inter-disciplinary research.

Research assistants will be expected to work 10-20 hours per week starting in June and ending by the end of July 2015. These positions will be paid.
