“Applying a Gender Equality Perspective to the Post-2015 Development Framework and the SDGs” is a consultative expert meeting being held by UN Women in New York City from Monday, November 26th through Thursday, November 29th.

While the meeting’s theme is broad, it aims to address issues specific to applying a gender perspective to the future development agenda, specifically following on the UN’s Millennium Development Goals.

Participants will include experts from academia and civil society, as well as representatives from multiple UN agencies, with a mix of areas of specialization within the gender equality and human rights fields.
