Professor Philip Alston to Join Expert Panel at EUI on Targeted Killing (Feb 21)

Prof. Philip Alston will join a panel discussion at the European University Institute with experts on “Targeted Killings and the Use of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles – International Law Responds,” on Tuesday, Feb 21.

The panel features:
