The CHRGJ and NYU’s Global Justice Clinic has joined with the American Civil Liberties Union, Amnesty International, Center for Civilians in Conflict, Center for Constitutional Rights, Human Rights First, Human Rights Institute, Columbia Law School, Human Rights Watch, and Open Society Foundations to send a letter to President Obama expressing shared concerns over US drone strikes and targeted killing.
