Nature of Summer Research: Interdisciplinary research on data and human rights for project on the use of data and indicators in human rights contexts. This work can be done remotely.
Qualifications: Excellent research and writing skills. Familiarity with human rights concepts and institutions desired; some familiarity with social science research methods and sources preferred; basic quantitative skills and/or qualitative coding experience desired but not required. Ability to conduct research in French an advantage. This is a volunteer, unpaid position.
Approximate Dates of Employment: mid-May to mid-August (flexible on either side)–total of 10-12 weeks of P/T work.
