The Center for Human Rights and Global Justice (New York University School of Law), with the support of the Ford Foundation, is hosting an Expert Workshop on Global South: A Dialogue on Methodologies, Challenges and Opportunities. The workshop will be held at NYU following the major international conference on fact-finding on November 4, 2013, so that participants in the workshop also have a chance to attend the full conference.

The Expert Workshop will focus on key challenges and opportunities in fact-finding from the perspective of investigators in the Global South. It will bring together twenty leading human rights investigators from the the Middle East and North Africa, Europe, Asia and the Pacific, the Americas, and Sub-Saharan Africa.

Please note that this workshop is by invitation only and that we are not accepting applications for participation at this time.
