Délton Winter de Carvalho is professor of Law at  Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos School of Law (UNISINOS) in Brazil and director of the Environmental Law Program at the LLM and JD-level. He is an environmental law scholar and practitioner whose interests and research focus on climate change law and disaster law. Delton holds a JD (2006) and a LLM (2000) from UNISINOS in Public Law. In 2013, he was a visiting scholar at UC Berkley, School of Law.
