Flavio Siqueira is a Brazilian human rights lawyer and a practitioner in public interest litigation. He has been litigating in different areas such as human rights, consumer rights, environment, climate and public finance.
He holds a specialist degree in Diffuse and Collective Rights from the Superior School of the Public Prosecutors’ Office in São Paulo and a master’s degree in Public Policy from the Federal University of ABC studying the preliminary injunctions issued by Brazilian Federal Supreme Court on its constitutional jurisdiction.
Flavio has been engaged in coordinating litigation strategies for important civil society organizations. He is a member of the Human Rights Lawyers Collective (CADHU), a group of pro bono practitioners working to protect human rights in high-impact cases in Brazil.
