Rehan Abeyratne is an Associate Professor of Law at the Jindal Global Law School, where he has taught since 2011. He also serves as Assistant Dean (Research) and as Executive Director of the Centre for Public Interest Law. He has a B.A. in Political Science from Brown University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School. Prof. Abeyratne’s research interests include human rights, comparative constitutional law, national security law, and international criminal law. He is currently working on a monograph entitled Economic and Social Rights in India.
